Serves: 3
What we need:
PANEER- 250grams
Onion- 1
Tomato- 1
Capsicum- 1
Garlic pods- 8
Oil - 1tbsp
Cashews- 5 to 10
Red chilli powder- 2tsp
Turmeric powder- 1tsp
Cilantro- handful
Salt as needed
Water as needed
METHOD :
Chop the onions, tomato, capsicum. Crush the garlics.
Cut the paneer into small cubes.
Saute the tomatoes in a pan/kadai. Let it cool and grind it.
Heat a pan, add oil, mustard seeds. Let it splutter, add the onions, garlic and saute well.
Add in the tomato grinded. Add in red chilli powder and turmeric powder and salt.
Add the cubed paneer, capsicum. Now grind the cashews separately and make paste.
Add in water in the paneer. Let it boil for few minutes. Now add in the cashews paste.
Switch off the flame. Garnish with chopped cilantro. Serve it hot!!!
