Boiled egg curry is the perfect side dish for chapathi, dosa and rice. Easy dish makes our tummy full. Learn how to make with easy stepwise pictures here.

Serves: 3
What we need:
Eggs- 6
Onions- 2
Tomato- 1
Garlic- 10 pods
Tamarind- small lemon sized
Turmeric powder- 1tsp
Red chilli powder- 1tbsp
Pepper powder- 1tsp
Oil- 2tbsp
Salt as needed
Curry leaves and coriander leaves- handful
Mustard seeds- 1tsp
Cumin seeds- 1tsp
Water as needed.
METHOD:
Chop the onions and tomato. Boil the eggs.
Soak the tamarind in water.
Heat oil in a pan. Add half of the onions, garlics, tomatoes chopped. Saute for few minutes.
Let it cool down. Take in a blender, add red chilli powder and turmeric powder.
Blend it as a smooth paste. Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard and Cumin seeds. Let it sizzle.
Add the onions chopped. Saute for two minutes. Now add the grinded paste. Add lil bit of water, salt.
Let it boil. Add the eggs, pepper powder. Switch off the flame. Garnish with coriander leaves.
SERVE HOT !!
