CRISPY MUSHROOM PAKODA



Crispy MUSHROOM PAKODA which I tried recently is a big hit in our house. Mushrooms are the nature's gift for its nutrients. I made this evening snack recently for my kid, she loved it to the core because of its crispiness. You can make this as a starter, evening snack, kids snacks box, finger food.

Preparation time: 15minutes 
Cooking time: 10minutes 
Serves: 3 

What we need : 
Mushrooms- 200g
Gram flour - 2tbsp 
Rice flour- 1tbsp 
Corn flour- 1tbsp 
Red chilli powder-1tsp 
Garam masala- 1tsp 
Ginger garlic paste- 2tsp 
Salt as needed 
Oil for frying 

METHOD: 
Clean the mushrooms and slice it.
Take a bowl Add all other ingredients in it.
Now add in the mushrooms in it .
Mix everything well combined and leave it for few minutes. 
Heat oil in a pan, add the mushrooms in it and fry till golden brown. 
READY TO SERVE!!
