RAGI DOSA / KEZHVARAGU DOSA


Ragi dosa is the healthy breakfast.. it can be made instantly.. Here is the quick and easy recipe.. check it out..

Preparation time: 10minutes 
Cooking time: 15minutes 
Serves: 3 

What we need:
Ragi flour- 1cup 
Idly dosa batter- 1 or 1 1/2 cup
Salt as needed
Water as needed

For seasoning: 
Oil
Onion- 1
Mustard seeds- 1tsp 
Cumin- 1tsp 
Bengal gram- 1tsp 
Urad dal- 1tsp 
Red chilli- 4 
Curry leaves- 1 string

METHOD: 

Take the ragi flour in a bowl. Add salt and water. Mix well with no lumps.
Chop the onion finely. 


Now add in idly dosa batter . Mix well. Heat a pan and add oil,mustard seeds,cumin. Let it splutter. Then add Bengal gram, urad dal,red chillies, curry leaves.



Now add in onions and saute for few minutes.  Then add it to the ragi batter. Mix it well. 

Let the batter sit for few minutes. Now take the batter and make dosa in dosa Tawa.
