MUDAKATHAN KEERAI / BALLOON VINE LEAVES DOSA



MUDAKATHAN KEERAI is known for its health benefits such as relief from joint pains.. all south Indians know the medicinal value of this.. we make dosa using this KEERAI. Here is how I make dosa using this KEERAI. Check out the recipe here with step by step pictures and instructions.!!

Preparation time: 15minutes 
Cooking time: 20minutes
Serves: 

What we need: 
Mudakathan keerai- 1cup 
Dosa batter- as required 
Red chilli- 4 
Garlic pods- 5 
Ginger- 1 piece 
Cumin- 1tsp 
Pepper- 1tsp 
Salt
Oil

Method: 
Wash and clean the mudakathan keerai. Take other spices.

Take all the dry ingredients in the blender. Grind it . Then add the keerai in the blender and add water , grinding it to a smooth paste.

Add the paste in to the DOSA batter and add salt and mix it well.

Let it rest for few minutes. Now make dosa using this batter. 

READY TO SERVE!!
SERVE WITH CHUTNEY!!
