RAGI ADAI



Ragi or finger millets is the most nutritious and healthy cereals. It has so many health benefits. Adding it to our food, make us healthy. Today I'm going to share you a adai using RAGI. Traditional ragi adai. Here is the recipe... check out, try it and give feedbacks!! 


PREPARATION TIME: 10 MINUTES 
COOKING TIME: 15 MINUTES 
SERVES: 8 ADAI 

WHAT WE NEED:

Ragi flour- 1 1/2 cup 
Drumstick leaves - 1cup
Onions- 1
Red chillies- 4
Bengal dal -1tbsp
Urad dal -1tbsp
Oil- 1tbsp 
Mustard seeds- 1tsp
Salt as required 
Water as needed


METHOD


Clean the drumstick leaves. Chop the onion.

Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, Bengal gram,urad dal,chopped onion and saute few minutes, switch off the flame.  

Take ragi flour, add salt in bowl. Toss drumstick leaves in heat for few seconds.
Add the drumstick leaves to the flour  

Add in all the seasonings. Mix with the flour. Sprinkle some water.

Make it as a dough. Make balls. Spread the balls like chapati. 

Heat a pan, add the adai, sprinkle oil or ghee, flip it and leave till done.

Ready!!
