CRISPY ONION PAKODA

Onion pakoda...Rain..Crispiness...yummyyy......
Obviously in rain we all want to eat something crispy, spicy,tasty....
I made onion pakoda... here is how to do, with stepwise pictures..

PREPARATION TIME: 10 MINUTES 
COOKING TIME: 20 MINUTES 
SERVES: 4 PERSON

WHAT WE NEED :
Gram flour- 1cup
Corn flour- 1tbsp 
Rice flour- 2tbsp 
Onions- 4 -5 medium sized 
Ginger- 1 inch 
Red chilli powder- 1tsp 
Curry leaves- handful 
Coriander leaves- handful 
Salt and water
Asafoetida- 1tsp  
Oil to fry


METHOD:
Take all the ingredients. Slice the onions. Finely chop or grate the ginger.


Take the sliced onions in bowl, add all the flours, grated ginger, curry leaves and coriander leaves. 

Add red chilli powder, Asafoetida, salt and Sprinkle some water and give it a mix.

Heat oil in a pan, now add the onion mix lil by lil.. fry till golden brown. 

Crispy onion pakoda READY!!

NOTE: *you can replace green chillies instead of red chilli powder.
*Sprinkle the mixture in oil. Do not put like balls.
