This is the easiest gravy for idly and dosa. Ppl who prefer no coconut can make this for a light breakfast. Here is the method how to make it.. Check it out and give FEEDBACKS!!
Preparation time: 10minutes
cooking time: 15minutes
Serves: 3
What we need:
Onions- 4-5
Tomatoes- 3
Garlic pods- 10
Green chillies- 1- 2
Chilli powder ( kuzhambu milagai podi)- 1tsp
Turmeric powder- 1tsp
salt as needed
For seasoning:
Oil
Mustard seed- 1tsp
Cumin- 1tsp
METHOD:
Chop the onions, tomatoes, green chillies. Crush the garlic pods.
Heat a pan and add and add oil, season it with given things. Add the chopped onions. Saute.
Add green chillies and salt. Then add the crushed garlic. Saute. Now add in tomatoes.
Saute till tomatoes are mushy. Now add in turmeric powder and chilli powder.
Saute. Add 2cups of water. Let it boil for few minutes in medium heat.
Switch off after it turns as a gravy..
