Cooking time: 10minutes
Serves: 2
What we need:
Coriander leaves-1 cup
Coconut- 1 big piece
Green chillies- 4-5
Ginger - 1 piece
Salt as needed
For tempering:
Oil
Mustard seed and Cumin- 1tsp
Curry leaves 1 string
METHOD:
Take coriander leaves, clean and wash it. Chop the ginger and coconut into pieces.
Take coconut, green chillies, ginger, coriander leaves, salt in a blender.
Blend it to a smooth paste. Heat a pan add oil, let it heat, add mustard seed and Cumin.
Let it to splutter. Add it to the grinded Chutney.
