FRIED PANEER FINGERS





Paneer fingers is a tasty appetizer. Perfect for a evening snack loved by kids. It’s a crispy one. As I wanted try a new evening snack recipe, I decided to try it with paneer. Here i have given stepwise pictures for ur reference. Try it and give feedbacks!!

PREPARATION TIME: 10 MINUTES 
COOKING TIME: 15 MINUTES 
SERVES: 4-5 person 

What we need:
Paneer -200g
Maida 2-3tbsp
Rice flour -1tbsp
Pepper powder -2tsp
Bread crumbs -1cup
Salt as required
Oil for frying
Tomato sauce -to serve

Method:
1. Cut the paneer like fingers and add chilli powder and salt to it and leave it for few minutes.
2. Take maida, rice flour, salt, pepper powder, add water till it become liquid consistency.
3. Take 4-5 bread slices and blend it in a mixer and make bread crumbs. If you want, you can add pepper powder to it and mix.
4. Keep a pan, add oil for frying.
5. Now add paneer pieces to the maida mix and transfer it to bread crumbs and roll it.
6. When oil in medium heat, add paneer pieces to it and fry it till it turns crispy and brown.
7. Now crispy tasty fried paneer fingers ready to serve!!

STEPWISE PICTURES:

Ingredients: bread crumbs, maida mix, paneer pieces 
Wash paneer and cut into pieces 
Add red chilli powder in paneer pieces 
Marinate it for few minutes 
Add maida and rice flour 
Add salt 
Add pepper powder
Add lil water and make it as liquid consistency 
Bread crumbs 
Now add paneer pieces to the maida mix 
Heat oil
Transfer the paneer pieces to the bread crumbs and roll it 
Take all the paneer pieces in plate while oil is heating
Fry the paneer pieces in oil till golden brown.
                                                   

                                    Ready!! Serve hot with sauce!!
