Egg podimas is a quick & easy to prepare side dish in few minutes. This egg podimas is a life saver. I usually make this podimas as side dish for rice. But it tastes good with chapathi and dosa too. Here it is with stepwise pictures, Check it out and give feedbacks !!
PREPARATION TIME: 5 MINUTES
COOKING TIME: 10 MINUTES
SERVES 3 -4
What we need:
Eggs- 4
Onion- 1 medium sized
Green chillies- 3
Turmeric powder- 1tsp
Salt
Pepper powder- 1-2tsp
Oil for seasoning
Method:
Chop the onion and green chillies finely.
Break and take the eggs in a bowl. Add turmeric powder and mix.
Heat a non stick pan and add oil, mustard seeds. Let it splutters, add onions.
When the onions turns brown add green chillies and saute.
Add salt and turmeric powder. Then add eggs and scramble it.
Saute it till the eggs boiled.
Ready to serve !!
