Kariveppillai chutney / curry leaves chutney



Curry leaves/ kariveppillai is a herb which is commonly used to add flavors to recipes. It has been used in health conditions like hair loss, diabetes, weight loss,blood pressure, acne, indigestion, anaemia. So adding it to our foods givesus amazing health benefits. 

Curry leaves chutney is a easy chutney can make it in minutes. The green colour of the chutney attracts kids. The main ingredient here is curry leaves.

WHAT WE NEED :
Curry leaves- 1cup
Ginger- 1 inch
Green chillies- 5 or 6
Coconut- 1 piece
Salt as required

For tempering:
Oil
Mustard seeds
Cumin
Urad dal
Curry leaves

METHOD:
Add curry leaves, ginger, chillies, coconut, salt in a mixer jar.
Grind everything smoothly. Change it to another bowl.
Keep a pan in stove. Add oil, when it gets heat add mustard seeds.
When it starts to splutter add cumins, urad dal, curry leaves.
Add the seasoning in to the chutney.

Add everything into the jar

Add salt

Heat oil add must



Ready to serve!!
This will go well with idly and dosa!!!
