HOW TO BLANCH TOMATOES

WHAT WE NEED :

Tomatoes -4

water -to blanch.

METHOD :

1. Wash the tomatoes. At the bottom of the tomatoes using a sharp knife and mark 'x'.

2. Boil water and add the tomatoes for few minutes.

3. Now change the tomatoes into the cold water. So that the skin will started to pull away.

4. We can easily peel off the skin.
