Paneer is a protein rich food suitable for all age group and also a tasty dish. Paneer capsicum rice will be the favorite one for paneer lovers. Perfect for kids lunch box. What we need :
Onion-1
Green chilli- 1
Garlic pods- 7
Boiled rice- 1 1/2 cup
Paneer- 150grams
Sliced capsicum- 1
Mushroom sliced- 200 grams
Cinnamon stick - 1
Red chilli sauce - 1tsp
Soya sauce- 1tsp
Butter- 1tbsp
Pepper powder- 2tsp
Salt- as needed
Coriander leaves- as needed.
METHOD:
Prepare the ingredients. Add butter in a pan, fry the paneer till brown.
Take out of the pan.
Add cinnamon stick, green chilli, finely chopped garlic pods in same pan.
Add onions, salt, capsicum, mushrooms and saute for few minutes.
Then add in red chilli sauce and soya sauce.
Add in fried paneer cubes. Saute. Add in boiled rice.
Now add pepper powder.
At last Switch off the stove and add coriander leaves.
