Preparation time: 15minutes
Marination time: 2 hours or overnight
Cooking time: 15minutes
What we need :
Chicken legs - 6
Red chilli powder- 2tbsp
Turmeric powder- 1tsp
Garam masala powder- 2tsp
Ginger garlic paste- 1tbsp
Cumin powder - 2tsp
Salt as needed
Corn flour- 2tbsp
Lemon juice - 1tbsp
Food colour- a pinch(optional)
Oil for frying
METHOD :
Ingredients
Make slits using knife. Add in turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala powder.
Add in ginger garlic paste, salt and Cumin powder to it.
Add in corn flour and food colour a pinch.
Mix it well. Add lemon juice to it. Marinate it for 2hours. Overnight marination is good.
Now heat a pan/kadai, add oil in it. Deep fry the chicken legs one by one till golden colour.
