Hi guys.. my first post.. most of the ppl loves PANEER as its tastes gud and also a healthy one..
before my marriage my mom used to make kurma using paneer with soft chapatis...
As I like paneer very much, today I wanted to make a spicy gravy with paneer, I tried a dish using grinded spices.. this dish came out well and my husband liked it very much..
I'm sharing the recipe now..
PREPARATION TIME: 10 minutes
COOKING TIME: 20 minutes
SERVES:3-4
WHAT WE NEED:
Onion 1
Tomato 1
Curry leaves
Paneer 200g
Oil 3tbsp
Salt as required
For Dry roast :
Red chillies 6
Pepper 1tsp
Cumin 1tsp
Cinnamon stick 1
Fennel 1tsp
Coconut 1/2 cup
Coriander 2tsp
Method:
1. Start with Dry roasting the spices. Add one by one and roast all the spices..
2. Now add Coconut and saute.. set aside.. let it cool
3. In the same pan add lil bit oil and saute sliced onions and tomatoes..
4. Let everything cools down..
5. Meanwhile cube paneer into square..
6. Now add oil in a non stick pan fry the paneer cubes till it turns brown.. move it to the plate..
7. Grind all the Ingredients in mixer..
8. In the same pan add the grounded paste, salt and lil bit of water..
9. Close and bring it to boil for few minutes..
10. Now add in the fried paneer to the pan and leave it for 2mins ..
11. Switch off the flame, serve hot with chapati or dosa..

Saute onions and tomatoes
Take it in blender
Meanwhile fry the paneer cubes
Till it turns brown
Blend it to a smooth paste
Add the grounded paste in the same pan
Add paneer cubes
READY!!!
Serve hot with chapati..!!
