RAGI vadai is a healthy and nutritious snack. The grain’s protein content is comparable to that of rice. More importantly, this protein content is quite unique. Preparation time : 10minutes
Cooking time : 20minutes
Serves : 2
WHAT WE NEED:
Ragi flour- 1 cup
Rice flour- 2tbsp
Drumstick leaves- 1/2 cup
Onion- 1
Green chillies- 2
Salt as needed
Curry leaves - 1 spring
Oil for frying
METHOD:
Take ragi flour, rice flour in a bowl. Add salt.
Add the chopped onions, green chillies, drumstick leaves.
Mix well. Sprinkle some water in it.
Mix with the flour.
Heat a kadai, add oil in it.
Take some flour, flatten the flour in your palm.
Add the vadai in oil, fry till CRISPY.
READY TO SERVE!!
